About
The story
underneath
I became a healer because I needed one.
For years, I navigated my own chronic illness - endometriosis, surgeries, a body that kept asking to be heard while the medical system kept telling me I was fine. I learned early that the answers I needed weren't going to come from a fifteen-minute appointment. They were going to come from slowing down. From listening. From doing the deep, unglamorous work of understanding what my body actually needed.
That's when I found the Nutritional Therapy Association. What drew me in was a simple idea that changed everything: the body already knows how to function. It's not broken. It's not defective. When you give it the right raw materials - the right nutrients, in the right forms, at the right time - it remembers what to do. That was the first thing that made sense to me after years of being told nothing was wrong.
That journey led me to nutritional therapy, to Reiki, to herbalism, and eventually to this practice - a space for women who are tired of being dismissed, tired of managing symptoms without understanding causes, and ready for a different kind of care.
When it came time to build a practice, I knew it wouldn't be in a clinic. Not in a wellness center downtown. I wanted to work from home, rooted in the land, close to my family. This work is about returning to something fundamental, and for me that meant practicing from the same place I live - where the herbs are growing, where my sons are playing, where everything stays close to the ground.
I don't do quick fixes. I don't do protocols pulled from a shelf. I sit with you. I listen to the full picture - your body, your energy, your life. And together, we build something that nourishes you from the root.
When I'm not in practice, I'm in the garden with dirt under my nails, tending chickens with my two small sons, drying herbs from the land around our home in rural Oregon. The way I live is the way I practice - close to the ground, led by the seasons, trusting what grows slowly.
If you've been searching for someone who will believe you, who will take the time, who won't rush - you're in the right place.
This work found me through my own body. Everything I offer, I learned by needing it first.

In practice
Listening comes first.

Training + Certification
What I've studied
Nutritional Therapy Association
Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)
Certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association. Training covers functional nutrition assessment, the five nutritional foundations (digestion, blood sugar, fatty acids, minerals, hydration), lingual-neuro testing, and bioindividual protocols.
This isn't a weekend certification. It's comprehensive clinical training in how the body actually works.
Usui Reiki
Reiki Practitioner (Levels I, II, III)
Trained through all three levels of Usui Reiki. Level I: self-healing and hands-on practice. Level II: distance work and emotional patterns. Level III: practitioner-level energy work and teaching.
Integrated into nutrition sessions when the body is asking for something beyond food.
Continuing education
Ongoing study
Herbalism, gut health protocols, women's hormonal health, nervous system regulation. The learning doesn't stop when the certification does.
This work found me through my own body. Everything I offer, I learned by needing it first.
How I practice
What to expect
Listen first
Before any protocol or recommendation, I listen. The full story. The timeline. The parts you've been told don't matter.
Foundations before everything
We don't chase hormones or symptoms. We build the ground they stand on - digestion, blood sugar, fatty acids, minerals, hydration.
Body and energy together
Nutritional therapy addresses the physical. Reiki addresses the energetic. Most chronic illness lives in both.
No rushing
This work takes the time it takes. I don't do 6-week transformations. I do sustainable, root-level change at the pace your body sets.
